How to Download a Duplicate Electricity Bill in Pakistan
Losing your electricity bill is common, but getting a copy is straightforward. You can get a duplicate bill in minutes online, or the same day at your DISCO office. Here is how to do it.
Method 1: Download from BillsOnline.pk

Go to your DISCO's bill check page on this site
Select your electricity company from the homepage or navigate directly (e.g. /lesco-bill-check for LESCO, /mepco-bill-check for MEPCO).

Enter your reference number
If you have it saved in your phone, email, or an old payment SMS, enter it here.

Save or print the bill page
Once your bill loads, use your browser's print function (Ctrl+P or Share > Print on mobile) to save as PDF. Most banks and DISCO offices accept a digital copy from an official source.
Method 2: Download from the Official DISCO Portal

Visit the official website of your DISCO
LESCO: lesco.gov.pk, MEPCO: mepco.com.pk, FESCO: fesco.com.pk, IESCO: iesco.com.pk. Each site has a bill inquiry or online bill section.

Enter your reference number
Type your consumer or reference number in the bill inquiry tool.

Download the PDF version
Most DISCO portals have a 'Print Bill' or 'Download PDF' button. The official PDF carries the DISCO's watermark and is accepted as a valid duplicate by banks, landlords, and courts.
Method 3: Get a Printed Duplicate from the DISCO Office

Visit your nearest sub-division or circle office
Find your nearest DISCO office on the /offices directory. Bring your original CNIC.

Request a duplicate bill
Tell the counter staff you need a duplicate bill for a specific month or the current month. Some DISCOs charge a small fee (typically Rs 10 to Rs 50) for duplicate bill printing.

Collect the stamped duplicate
The officer will print and stamp the duplicate. This official printed copy is accepted everywhere.
Tip: Take a Photo of Every New Bill
When you receive your paper bill, take a photo of it immediately. Keep a dedicated folder in your phone gallery called 'Electricity Bills'. This way you never lose your reference number and always have the last bill amount on hand.
