Your SNGPL consumer number is a 10-digit number printed at the top of your gas bill. It is sometimes labelled 'Consumer No.' or 'Account No.' This is different from your 'Installation Code' — for bill checking online, use the consumer number.
If you have lost your bill and do not know your consumer number, call SNGPL on 1199 (toll-free) from any network. They can look up your account by address and CNIC.
