Full eligibility — who qualifies?
Motorcycles (two-wheelers)
Registered on or after January 1, 2011. The vehicle does not need to be registered in your name — any user can register. Your mobile SIM must be biometrically verified on your own CNIC. Quota: 5 litres per token, eligible for a new token every 7 days.
Rickshaws & Qingqis (three-wheelers)
Registered on or after January 1, 2011. Same as motorcycles — vehicle does not need to be in your name, any driver or user can register from their own biometrically-verified SIM. Quota: 5 litres per token, every 7 days.
Cars up to 800cc engine
Registered on or after January 1, 2006. Unlike bikes, the car must be registered in the applicant's own name, and the registered owner must be physically present at the pump when the token is used. Quota: 10 litres per token, every 10 days.
