Pakistani utility billing is genuinely complicated — 13 electricity DISCOs, two gas companies, dozens of water authorities, each with its own portal. We built BillsOnline.pk to be the single place where any Pakistani consumer can check any utility bill in under a minute, understand what every charge means, and know their rights when something goes wrong.

What we cover
Electricity
Every WAPDA distribution company — LESCO, MEPCO, FESCO, IESCO, GEPCO, PESCO, HESCO, SEPCO, QESCO, TESCO, HAZECO, AJK — plus K-Electric in Karachi.
Gas
SNGPL for Punjab and KPK, SSGC for Sindh and Balochistan. Bill lookup by 10-digit consumer number with amount due and due date.
Water
WASA offices in Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, and Gujranwala; KWSB Karachi; CDA Islamabad; and DHA Lahore.
Internet & Telephone
PTCL landline and broadband bills, plus StormFiber, Nayatel, Transworld, Wateen, Fiberlink, and Optix.

The process is the same for every provider — three steps from landing on the page to seeing your bill.

Your current bill is fetched from the official provider system and displayed immediately — amount due, due date, units consumed, and arrears.

Official source data only
Bill amounts and due dates are read directly from the same official systems that DISCOs and gas companies use. We do not estimate, scrape, or cache bill data beyond your session.
Verified against NEPRA tariff orders
Our guides on tariff slabs, FPA, GST, and consumer rights are written with reference to official NEPRA tariff determinations and OGRA notifications — not secondhand sources.
Updated when policies change
Pakistan's utility regulations change frequently. We review our guides whenever NEPRA issues a new tariff determination, a quarterly FPA adjustment, or a policy circular that affects consumers.

Our guides reflect our own research and editorial judgement. We cross-check information against official regulatory documents before publishing. When we link to a DISCO, NEPRA, or government source, we do so because it is the authoritative reference — not because of any commercial arrangement.
