How to Check Your CDA Water Bill Online
Checking a CDA water bill takes three steps and needs only the consumer number from a past bill.
- 1
Find your consumer number
It is the consumer number printed on your CDA Water and Allied Charges bill. This identifies your property's water account, not your name or address.
- 2
Enter it in the checker
Type your consumer number into the checker above and press Check bill. Your number is copied so you don't have to type it twice.
- 3
View and pay
On CDA's online portal, view your current Water and Allied Charges, then pay through Easypaisa or JazzCash with the 122002 prefix, or at a partner bank.

CDA Water Bill Online and Duplicate Copy
The CDA water bill is checked on CDA's own online portal: enter your consumer number and it shows the current Water and Allied Charges bill directly, so you can read the amount, arrears, and due date without visiting a CDA office. This is what most people mean by checking a CDA water bill online or getting a duplicate copy.
It is also the portal this checker sends you to. Your consumer number is copied automatically, so you only paste it once you land there. If CDA's online water bill service is temporarily under maintenance, you can still pay through Easypaisa or JazzCash with the 122002 prefix, or at a partner bank counter, using the consumer number from your last bill.

Understanding Your Water and Allied Charges Bill
A CDA water bill is officially the Water and Allied Charges bill. It combines water supply with a few related municipal charges, which is why the total is more than water alone.
Water charge
The core charge for your piped water supply, set by CDA under its own tariff for the property, whether residential or commercial.
Sanitation and conservancy
Allied charges for sewerage, sanitation, and conservancy services billed on the same bill, which is why it is called Water and Allied Charges.
Arrears and dues
Any unpaid amount carried from previous bills, added to the current charge, so paying on time keeps arrears off your next bill.
