QESCO Duplicate Bill: View, Download, or Print as PDF
If your printed QESCO bill was lost or never arrived, you do not need to visit a sub-division office for a copy. Check your bill with the reference number above, then view it on screen, download it, or print a duplicate QESCO bill as a PDF, the same document QESCO's own Duplicate Bill link points to.
The duplicate carries the same reference number, amount, and due date as the original, so it is accepted for payment at any bank branch, a 1Link ATM, a post office, or through JazzCash and Easypaisa. Keeping a downloaded copy also makes it easier to track your monthly units over time.

Understanding Your QESCO Bill
A QESCO electricity bill is made of several line items. Knowing each one helps you spot an error and reduce the total over time.
How a QESCO bill is laid out
- Units consumed
- kWh
- Energy charge
- Units x slab rate
- Fuel Price Adjustment
- Per unit
- Taxes and TV fee
- GST plus fees
- Total payable
- Rs ------
Example layout only. Your bill shows the real figures.
- Energy and slab rate
- Your units multiplied by the slab rate. Rates rise with usage, and crossing a slab threshold lifts the rate on the whole month.
- Fuel Price Adjustment
- A monthly per unit surcharge set by NEPRA that reflects fuel costs, which is why the same usage can cost more in one month than another.
- Taxes and fees
- General Sales Tax, a TV licence fee, meter rent, and electricity duty are added to the energy charge.
- Late payment surcharge
- Paying after the due date adds a surcharge on the outstanding amount, so a timely check helps you avoid it.
For the full slab table and tax breakdown, read the tariff and slab rates guide.

QESCO Peak Hours and Off-Peak Timings
Peak hours apply only to Time of Use meters. During the peak window each unit is billed at a higher rate than off-peak, so shifting heavy use helps.
The evening high demand window, broadly around 6 PM to 10 PM. The exact start and end shift with the season, so check the current schedule on your bill or the official site.
The rest of the day, when units are charged at the lower off-peak rate. Running air conditioners, tube wells, and water heaters in this window reduces the peak portion of your bill.
QESCO Bill Calculation
Want an estimate before the official bill arrives? Enter your monthly units and tariff category in the bill calculator to get an approximate figure in rupees. The official QESCO bill, read from your reference number above, remains the final amount.
