Book through OTS
Register a water tanker request on the KWSB OTS app, available free on the Play Store and App Store, or through the KWSB call center on (+92) 021-111-597-200. You get an SMS with the request status and the tanker driver's contact.
Tanker rates
Government KWSB tanker rates run from about Rs 1,300 to Rs 1,590 for a 1,000-gallon tanker. There is no diesel charge within 10 kilometres of the hydrant, with roughly Rs 60 per kilometre added beyond that. Confirm the current rate when you book.
How OTS helps
OTS connects you directly to the official hydrant instead of the informal tanker market, so the price is fixed and the request is tracked. Give your exact address and a contact number so the tanker can reach you.
