Optix Pakistan Private Limited is a fibre internet, IPTV, and phone provider expanding across several Pakistani cities. Like several other fibre ISPs, there is no public bill lookup by a consumer number; a bill lives behind your own account login at My Optix, identified by your registered mobile number and secured by a password. This page explains what that login needs, what an Optix bill includes, real current package prices, and every other way to reach or pay it, without ever asking you to type a password into a page that isn't Optix's own.

Find your registered mobile number
My Optix uses the mobile number you registered at signup as your login ID; it's the same number Optix uses to reach you about your bill.

Log in to My Optix
Go to my.optix.pk and sign in with your mobile number and password to view and pay your bill, run a speed test, or chat with support, or use the My Optix app for the same access from your phone.

Pay through your preferred channel
Pay directly in the app or portal, or use JazzCash, Kuickpay, or USSD with your Optix customer code.

Optix Internet Packages
Optix prices three residential fibre tiers, each bundled with free IPTV. These are current prices, inclusive of tax; check your exact plan on your bill or in My Optix.
Lightning Fast
Up to 75 Mbps for Rs 3,199 a month, with free IPTV service included.
Blazing Speed
Up to 100 Mbps for Rs 3,999 a month, with free IPTV service included.
Thunder Bolt
Up to 150 Mbps for Rs 5,199 a month, with free IPTV service included.
Extra TVs on the IPTV service, the Xtream TV App, a static IP, and Optix Phone are available as monthly add-ons on top of any tier. Paying 3 months in advance waives the activation charge, and paying 6 months in advance waives it and adds a free 7th month. Prices are revised periodically, so confirm your exact plan's current price on your bill.

Ways to Pay Your Optix Bill
Optix bills can be paid through the My Optix app, JazzCash, Kuickpay, or USSD, all using your Optix customer code.
My Optix app
Log in, link your account, select Bill Payment, and pay by card directly from the My Optix app.
JazzCash
Open Bill Payment, select Internet, choose Optix, and enter your customer code with the 67849 prefix (for example, 678493048).
Kuickpay
Through internet banking, mobile banking, or an ATM, select Bill Payment, then Kuickpay, and enter your customer code with the same 67849 prefix.
USSD (Jazz SIM)
Dial *7863, select Pay Bills, then Internet, then Optix, and follow the prompts to complete payment by USSD.
