Account login, not a public lookup
Optional: type it here just to copy it across. We never collect your password, on this page or anywhere else.
Go to Customer PortalWhy there's no password field here
Nayatel's bill lives behind a real account login, not a public lookup by number. We never collect passwords for any provider, so this page takes you straight to Nayatel's own login page instead of pretending to check your bill for you.
Nayatel is a fibre internet, TV, and landline provider built on a network that started in Islamabad and now reaches several other Punjab cities. Like most fibre ISPs, there is no public bill lookup by a consumer number; a Nayatel bill lives behind your own account login at the Customer Portal, identified by your NTL Number and secured by a password. This page explains what that login needs, what your bill includes, real current package and installation prices, and every other way to reach or pay it, without ever asking you to type a password into a page that isn't Nayatel's own.

How to Check Your Nayatel Bill
A Nayatel bill reaches you two ways: automatically by email, and on request through your account login.
- 1
Find your NTL Number
Your NTL Number, sometimes called your User ID, is printed on any previous Nayatel bill or your installation paperwork. It identifies your account, not your name.
- 2
Log in to the Customer Portal
Go to customer.nayatel.com and sign in with your NTL Number and password to view or download your bill, or use the My Nayatel app for the same access from your phone.
- 3
Pay or download
From the portal, pay by card, or download the bill to pay through a bank, wallet, or one of Nayatel's own offices.

Nayatel Internet Packages
Nayatel bills by package, so what shows up each month depends on your speed tier. These are current Home Unlimited prices, effective July 2026; check your exact plan on your bill or in the Customer Portal.
Rs 2,225 a month, for everyday browsing and streaming.
Rs 3,450 a month, for a household with several devices active at once.
Rs 5,300 a month, for heavier streaming and larger households.
Nayatel also offers limited, low-cost plans capped to specific sites like YouTube and Facebook from around Rs 200 a month, and separate TV and landline bundles. Prices are revised periodically, most recently in July 2026, so treat these as a guide and confirm the current price for your plan on your bill.
