An internet bill in Pakistan is not billed the way electricity or gas is. Electricity has NEPRA and the DISCOs, and gas has OGRA with SNGPL and SSGC, but internet has no single regulator-run billing portal. Each internet service provider (ISP), from the national telecom to a city fibre company, runs its own billing, its own account number, and its own app or web portal. So checking an internet bill online means knowing your provider and going to its channel. This page explains how that works, what a monthly internet bill includes, and how to pay it online, whichever ISP you are with.

How to Check an Internet Bill Online
Checking an internet bill takes three steps and needs only your account or subscriber number.
- 1
Find your account number
It is the account, subscriber, or customer ID from your internet bill or the welcome SMS your provider sent when the connection was installed. This identifies your bill, not your name.
- 2
Open your provider's channel
Go to your ISP's own app or web portal, or its page on this site. Each provider checks bills through its own system, so the right destination depends on who you are with.
- 3
View and pay
See your current monthly bill, the due date, and any arrears, then pay online by card, a mobile wallet like Easypaisa or JazzCash, or through your bank.

What an Internet Bill Includes
Whichever ISP you are with, a monthly internet bill is built from the same handful of lines. Knowing them explains why the total is more than the package price you signed up for.
- Monthly package rental
- The recurring charge for your internet plan, the largest part of the bill. It is the advertised monthly price for your speed and data, billed in advance each month.
- Taxes
- Government taxes on telecom services, including general sales tax on services and advance income tax, added on top of the package rental. These are set by law, not the ISP.
- One-time and add-ons
- Charges that are not part of the monthly plan: installation, a router or device on instalments, a static IP, or extra data. They appear only on the bills where they apply.
- Arrears and late fee
- Any unpaid amount carried from a previous bill, plus a late payment charge if a due date was missed. Paying on time keeps these off your next bill.

How to Pay Your Internet Bill Online
Once you have viewed the bill, most ISPs accept the same online payment methods, all using your account number.
Provider app or portal
Pay inside your ISP's own app or web portal by debit or credit card, often with an option to save the card or set up auto-pay so the bill clears itself each month.
Mobile wallet
Use Easypaisa or JazzCash to pay an internet bill from your phone. Choose bill payment, select your provider, enter your account number, and confirm the amount.
Bank or 1BILL
Pay through your bank's app, internet banking, or an ATM using the 1BILL biller for your provider, or over the counter at a branch, using your account number.

Internet Bill FAQs
How do I check my internet bill online?
Find your account or subscriber number, then open your ISP's app or web portal, or its page on this site. Each provider checks bills through its own system, where you can see the current bill and pay it, usually with no separate account needed beyond your bill number.
How is an internet bill calculated per month?
A monthly internet bill is mostly your package rental, the advertised price for your plan, plus government taxes on telecom services, and any one-time charges like installation or a device on instalments. Arrears from a missed payment are added on top.
Is internet a utility bill?
Internet is a recurring telecom service bill, and many people treat it as a utility alongside electricity, gas, and water for budgeting. Strictly, it is a telecommunication service rather than a regulated utility, but it behaves like one: a monthly bill you check and pay the same way.
Does an internet bill show usage history?
Most ISP apps and self-care portals show your past bills and payment history, and many also show data usage for the month. What is available depends on your provider, but recent bills can almost always be viewed and downloaded online.
How do I pay my internet bill online?
Pay inside your ISP's app or portal by card, through a mobile wallet like Easypaisa or JazzCash, or through your bank's app or an ATM using the 1BILL biller for your provider. All you need is your account number and the amount.
Which internet providers are there in Pakistan?
Major ISPs include PTCL, the largest, alongside fibre providers such as StormFiber, Nayatel, Transworld (tw), Wateen, Fiberlink, and Optix, plus smaller local ISPs. Each bills through its own account number and portal.
Can I check an internet bill without an account?
It depends on the provider. Some let you view a bill with just your account or phone number, while others require a login to their self-care portal. Your account number, printed on any past bill, is the key detail in either case.
Is checking an internet bill online free?
Yes. Viewing or downloading an internet bill through a provider's portal or app is free; you only pay the bill itself. There is no charge to check it, and no account is needed on this page.
Is this the official website of my internet provider?
No. This is an independent consumer platform. Your bill is read from your ISP's own official system; this page explains how each provider is billed and points you to the right official channel to view and pay it.
