Privacy Policy
BillsOnline.pk is designed to collect as little data as possible. You can check any bill without creating an account, sharing personal details, or having your reference number stored after your session.

What we collect
When you check a bill, the reference or consumer number you enter is sent to the official provider system to retrieve your bill. We do not log or store this number after your session ends. We do not collect your name, address, national ID, payment details, or any other personal information. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
Cookies and analytics
We may use session cookies that are essential for the site to function, for example to maintain state during a multi-step bill lookup. We may use anonymised analytics to understand which pages are visited and how long sessions last. Analytics data does not identify individual users. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting bill checking functionality.
Third-party links and portals
BillsOnline.pk links to official provider portals (for example PITC, WAPDA utility portals, and WASA city sites). When you follow those links, you leave our site and the provider's own privacy policy applies. We have no control over how those sites handle your data.
Data security
Our site is served over HTTPS. Because we do not store personal data or reference numbers beyond a session, there is no database of user information that could be breached. Email enquiries you send us are kept only as long as needed to respond.
Children
BillsOnline.pk is a general-purpose consumer information service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, the updated date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
