How to Check Your Wateen Bill
A Wateen bill can be checked through the Self Care portal, the Self-Care app, or by calling the helpline.

Your Consumer Number is printed on any previous Wateen bill, and your Self Care username is the email address or mobile number you registered when you signed up.

Ways to Pay Your Wateen Bill
Wateen bills can be paid in person, by SMS, at an ATM, or through net banking, all using your Consumer Number as the reference.

Forgot your password
