→ Await demand notice (2–5 working days).
Demand Notice Issued
Official payment voucher with all charges is ready.
→ Pay at designated bank and upload receipt on portal.
Payment Received
Payment verified. Meter installation being scheduled.
→ Ensure someone available at premises for installation.
Energised
Meter installed. Your connection is live.
→ Collect your consumer number from the DISCO.

Allow 24–48 hours for bank payment to reflect. If still not updated after 48 hours, call 0800-63726 with your payment receipt details and Tracking ID.
