New in 2026

QESCO Launches Helpline 118 — April 2026

Until April 2026, QESCO consumers across Balochistan had to rely on QESCO's direct office numbers to follow up on connection applications or complaints. In April 2026, QESCO joined the national 118 electricity helpline system, making consumer support significantly more accessible. This is a major improvement for Balochistan residents, especially in cities outside Quetta.

Before April 2026

Consumers had to call QESCO office numbers directly. Access was limited outside Quetta.

After April 2026

Dial 118 from any phone in Balochistan to reach QESCO consumer services.

Office numbers still work

QESCO's direct number 081-9201445 remains active for Quetta and head office queries.

NEPRA escalation

For persistent delays beyond 30 days, escalate to NEPRA at 051-9207200.
