SEPCO unique feature
Two Tracking Systems — Know Which One to Use
SEPCO is the only DISCO that operates two separate online tracking systems. This is a common point of confusion. The ENC portal (enc.com.pk) tracks new connection applications. SEPCO's own website (sepco.com.pk) has a separate complaint tracking system for registered service complaints. They are completely separate — entering your ENC Tracking ID on sepco.com.pk's complaint tracker will not return results.
ENC new connection tracking
Go to enc.com.pk → select SEPCO → enter Tracking ID or CNIC.
SEPCO complaint tracking
Go to sepco.com.pk → enter complaint number + security code from your complaint receipt.
Key difference
ENC tracking is for new meter applications. SEPCO's complaint tracker is for billing, power, or service complaints.
When confused
Call 118 or 071-9330112 (24/7) and describe your issue — the agent will direct you to the right system.

FAQs
SEPCO Application Tracking FAQs
How do I track my SEPCO new connection on the ENC portal?
Visit enc.com.pk, select SEPCO, and enter your 11-digit Tracking ID or 13-digit CNIC without dashes. This tracks your new meter application — not service complaints.
What is sepco.com.pk's tracking system for?
SEPCO's own website has a complaint tracking system for registered service complaints (billing errors, power outages, etc.). It is separate from ENC new connection tracking and uses a different complaint number + security code.
How long does SEPCO take for a new connection?
15–30 days from complete document submission for standard domestic connections.
What is SEPCO's 24/7 helpline?
SEPCO's helpline number 071-9330112 is available 24/7. The universal electricity helpline 118 also connects to SEPCO during office hours.
Does SEPCO cover Larkana?
Yes. Larkana is within SEPCO's service area. Note: Larkana district borders both SEPCO and HESCO territory — confirm your district on the ENC portal if unsure.
My SEPCO ENC application is stuck. Who do I call?
Call 071-9330112 (24/7) or 118 with your Tracking ID. For escalation, contact NEPRA at 051-9207200.
